Emily Conroy
2th Grade Teacher
Having grown up in a similar Catholic school environment, Emily Conroy deeply appreciates the close-knit community at Embers and the opportunity it provides to grow in relationship with Jesus and His teachings. Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University, followed by a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction. Before joining Embers in 2025, she taught 4th Grade at Jefferson Elementary and 6th Grade Humanities at Lincoln Middle School. Emily’s classroom emphasizes teamwork, mutual support, and collaborative growth, creating an environment where every student can thrive.
Outside of teaching, Emily enjoys reading historical fiction, experimenting with unique recipes, and spending time outdoors with her husband and child.
