Embers Academy is committed to an admissions process that reflects the mission and values of our school. We welcome new families who share our vision and are seeking our wholesome school environment for their children.
Annual Tuition 2026-27
Grades Kindergarten thru 5th
- $9,975
Preschool Program: PreK3 & PreK4
- 3 Half Days: $5,250 3 Full Day: $7,600
- 5 Half Days: $6,600 5 Full Day: $9,000
Fees:
A $375 per student Materials Fee is not included in the tuition rates listed above and will be reflected in all Tuition Agreements. This fee applies to all students in grades PreK – 5th Grade and is not subject to Tuition Assistance consideration.
The Materials Fee helps defray expenses for items such as textbooks, workbooks, classroom furniture, projectors, and other learning materials
Tuition Assistance
Embers Academy is a private school that does not receive outside funding from any state or religious institution, which allows the school to be independent and to offer the best possible educational experience for its students. While this does increase the net costs associated with operating our institution, Embers is committed to helping reduce the financial burden of tuition for qualified families who desire an independent Catholic education for their children. Embers gives special consideration to multi-sibling and first responder families.
In order to be considered for tuition assistance, Embers requests that a Tuition Assistance Application be started within ten days after signing an enrollment contract in order to be given priority consideration for financial aid. Each family’s application and individual circumstances are reviewed in detail, and parents are notified via email as soon as a tuition assistance award is made.
