Reading
Part 1: Required Reading
All students entering Kindergarten – 5th Grade will have one required book to read this summer. These books will be discussed in class when students return in the Fall. Your student’s book selection should be based on the grade they are entering in September 2024.
Part 2: Encouraged Reading
In addition, we encourage our families to foster a love of reading by picking up a book all summer long! Below is a list of optional books that are appropriate for each grade level (based on the grade they are entering this fall). Please note there will not be any summer reading incentives; this list is just to build a love of reading!
Math
The math review packets below are not required, but we encourage our families to use these packets as a way to help review concepts over the summer. Please click on the grade level that your child will be entering this Fall. Students entering Kindergarten do not have a math packet.

Uniform Information
Uniforms are available through Dennis Uniform using School Code G24GV. Please review the Parent Handbook for details on uniform requirements, including skirts, vests, and the red shirt for our monthly Spirit Days!

Medical Forms
Please return your completed medical forms to our front office.
Medical forms required by the State of Illinois include:
- Medical Form (Required: K and all new students)
- Dental Form (Required: K and 2nd grade)
- Vision Form (Required: K and new students to IL)
