Milestone

We have successfully completed the First Semester! Embers could not have reached this milestone in-person without the continued support and cooperation of our students, families, faculty and staff! Thank you to everyone for such an accomplishment!

Open House 

Open House in-person sessions will be available for prospective families on the following Wednesdays:

  • February 10 and 24

  • March 10 and 24

Registration is required. Two informational tours will be held: 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., each followed by a presentation and Q&A with the Head and Asst. Head of School.

 

Invite your friends, family, and neighbors to attend an Open House session! Please ask them to sign up HERE to reserve a time slot.

Embers Fasts for Life!

Join Relevant Radio in a worldwide initiative to advocate for the unborn. You can make a difference by participating in bringing about a culture of life from your very own home! Click here to find out how!

Embers invites your Sparks to unite their prayers and special sacrifice for the unborn. Embers will be praying an All-School Rosary and asks that our Sparks consider fasting on Friday, January 29. 

Your child/ren can fast in the following ways:

  • Pack only half-portion of a snack or lunch
  • Omit the ‘sweet’ part of lunch
  • Drink water instead of milk for lunch

Report Cards

Report cards will be sent home with your children next Friday, January 29 in their blue Friday Folders.

Re-enrollment for 2021-22 School Year begins February 1 

  • Re-enrollment for the 2021-22 academic year begins Monday, February 1

  • Parents will be able to re-enroll their children through the myEmbers! portal

  • Information and instructions will be provided to help facilitate the process

  • Enrollment to new families will open on Monday, March 22

Parent/Teacher Conferences
Change in Dates and Times

Please note in your calendars that the conference schedule has been revised:

  • Wednesday, Feb. 10: Full day of school
    (originally scheduled as a half day)

  • Thursday, Feb. 11: Half day of school
       – 11:30 a.m. dismissal
       – Conferences 12:30 – 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday, Feb. 12: No School
  • Monday, Feb 15: No School 

Conferences will be virtual. Parents, please watch for further instructions on how to reserve time with each of your student’s teachers. Correction: A Sign Up Genius link will be provided next week, not this week.
