Amazing Annual Fund!
Our deepest gratitude to the entire Embers community for your support during this historic Annual Fund Drive! We surpassed our $300,000 goal thanks to incredible generosity of so many, including 89% of our school families and 100% of our board, faculty, and staff. Winter Parent-Teacher Conferences
Friday, January 17 | 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
The online scheduler for Parent-Teacher conferences is now open! Please click HERE to schedule  via PickATime. Conferences are 15 minutes each and Grades 3-5 will have combined meetings with both teachers. All conferences are intended for parents only.

Please note that there will be no school Friday through Monday for conferences and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Thursday: Out of Uniform Day
Thursday will be an out of uniform day. Students must adhere to the policies in the handbook. Happy Winter!

Winter Sports Photos
This Tuesday, VIP Photography will be on campus after drop-off to take both individual and team photos for basketball. All basketball athletes are asked to wear their team jersey to school that day for photos with school-appropriate bottoms. Coaches are welcome to join us for their team’s photo! All photos will be completed by 9:30 a.m.

Sports Parents:
Your athlete’s photos will be posted online at vipis.com within 3 weeks of your photo day for viewing and ordering. Please click here to sign up for an email notification when your photo is ready to view. If you have any questions about sports pictures, please contact Visual Image Photography at support@vipis.com.

Art Fundamentals
Registration is now open for the Winter session of Art Fundamentals. Kindergarten-2nd Grade will have class on Wednesdays (Register) and 3rd-5th Grade will meet on Mondays (Register). More information about the classes can be found HERE. Programs start the week of January 27. Deadline to register is January 21st.

January’s virtue, Fortitude, is presented by the 1st Grade Classes.
