We are excited to welcome back our families for the 2026-27 school year! Beginning tomorrow, February 1, re-enrollment contracts for students will be available in your myEmbers account.

The Re-Enrollment Period runs from February 1-17. During the Re-Enrollment Period, contracts are available with a reduced, $300/student deposit which will be applied to next year’s tuition. The re-enrollment deposit will increase to the standard $500/student amount on Wednesday, February 18.

  • Step-by-step instructions on navigating Blackbaud can be found HERE.
Parents wishing to enroll new siblings of current students for the 2026-2027 school year can begin the process at any time by submitting an online application. The application can be found in your family’s myEmbers account under the Resources tab.

Spirit Week Information

Spirit Week Service Activity
On Monday, a service activity flier will go home with our students. Sparks who complete all activities and bring back the signed flier on Friday will earn an out of uniform day on Monday, February 9! A copy of the service flier can also be accessed HERE.

Ash Wednesday Mass
Our All-School Mass on Ash Wednesday, February 18, will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. instead of the standard Mass time. Please help us facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring all students arrive on time. There will be no confessions before or after Mass. Parents are welcome to join us!

Accessing Your Year-End Tax Information
To view and download your year-end tax statement, please log into your Blackbaud Tuition Management account (note: this is different from your myEmbers account). Once logged in, look to the right side of the screen under “Related Links” and select “Family Year End Statement.” Your statement will download directly to your computer.

If you experience any issues logging in, please contact Blackbaud Support directly at (888) 868-8828 for assistance.

Embers Winter Open House
Registration is still available for our open house next Saturday, February 7th. Invite your friends and neighbors to come learn about Embers’ unique approach to education! A sharable flier is available HERE.

As we enter the Lenten season this Ash Wednesday, Lisa Hanretty, former Embers mom and Head of School, will guide us in reflecting on the virtue of Honesty and its place in family life. This presentation invites us to begin Lent with thoughtful self-examination, considering our hearts, our words, and the example we set for our children. Together, we’ll explore how honesty shapes strong character, deepens trust, and draws our families closer to God.

Complementary Coffee & Childcare Provided!
All Embers Moms and their friends are welcome.

Embers Extravaganza 2026!
We are currently collecting restaurant gift cards and wine bottle donations to be used as prizes for our fabulous Extravaganza games. Food not your forte? Perhaps you have season tickets or a vacation rental you can donate? Maybe your company could provide a donation item? Any donation is greatly appreciated and can be dropped off at the Main Office.

Looking to donate your time instead? We’d love a few more volunteers to join our procurement team! This is a fun, hands-on way to make a real impact by gathering donations from local businesses. Every call, visit, or conversation you have brings us one step closer to our goals! For more information about volunteering, please contact our Procurement Chair, Tanya Habib, at tanyag88@hotmail.com
