Spring Parent – Teacher Conferences
Friday, March 20
This year is flying by and it’s hard to believe we’re wrapping up our third quarter this Friday! All parents are invited to attend our Spring parent-teacher conferences on March 20. The Pick-A-Time sign up link for these conferences will be available in next weekend’s Spark News.
- These conferences are intended for parents only.
- Conferences will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Conferences are 15 minutes each.
- Grades 3-5 will have combined meetings with both teachers.
Please Note: there will be no school on Friday, March 20 to allow for conferences.

2nd Grade Prepares for Reconciliation
Earlier this week, our 2nd grade classes met with Fr. Joe and Fr. Mike in preparation for their First Reconciliation on Saturday. Students were reminded of the joy of forgiveness before receiving a special blessing of their Reconciliation rosaries.
Please join us in praying for all our 2nd graders as they prepare their hearts for confession. May the Holy Spirit help them grow in faith, hope, and love, so they may know God’s peace, truth, and goodness!

Terra Nova Testing: March 3-4
Terra Nova testing will be held this Tuesday and Wednesday, with a makeup day on Thursday. New this year, testing will only be held for Sparks in 4th and 5th grade. Parents, please plan ahead to help your students shine!

Embers Extravaganza is just one month away, and we can’t wait to roll out the red carpet for our families and friends! As you arrive, our professional photographer will be capturing couples in true awards-night style. It’s the perfect opportunity to step into the spotlight, strike a pose, and take home a frame-worthy keepsake. After all, how often do parents get the chance to dress up, enjoy a night out, and feel like true VIPs?

But the fun doesn’t stop there! In keeping with our glamorous red carpet theme, guests will also be treated to a complimentary specialty cocktail: the classic French 75. Elegant and celebratory, this sparkling favorite adds some Hollywood fair to the festivities!

Join Embers Moms Club and Dr. Mona Stepansky for a dive into Communication: The Heart of Family Life. This presentation will explore how healthy communication nurtures connection, understanding, and resilience within families. Friends outside of Embers are always welcome to join us!

Friday, March 20 | 7:15 p.m. @ Northridge Gymnasium
Climb aboard for an evening of adventure on the high seas! Dads Club invites the whole family for this timeless tale of courage and character. Admission is free; doors open at 7:00 p.m. Concessions available for purchase (at ridiculously low prices)!
