Easter Break Starts Thursday!

Teacher Appreciation Week is on its way, and it’s the perfect time to celebrate the amazing people who keep our classrooms running. We’re giving a well-deserved shoutout to the teachers who make learning a little more fun and a lot more meaningful every day.
Thanks a Latte Monday: Teachers will be treated to a yogurt and coffee cart to start the week energized!
Bloom & Gratitude Tuesday: Sparks are encouraged to make a card or bring a flower for their teachers, including class aides and Enrichment faculty.
Wonderful Wednesday Lunch: Teachers will enjoy a lunch together with a break from recess duty. **Volunteer opportunities available.
Favorite Color Day: Sparks may come out of uniform in their teacher’s favorite color. (More information will be sent home this Wednesday!)
Sweets & Sips Friday:
Parents are welcome to donate a dessert, and/or beverage that our teachers may enjoy at home. **Donation opportunities available.

Summer Uniform Starts 4/15
With warmer weather approaching, please note our spring & summer uniform guidelines which begin on Wednesday, April 15:
- Boys may wear navy uniform shorts.
- Red sweaters & vest are optional on all days.

Extravaganza 2026 Rolls Out the Red Carpet
The spotlight is set and the stage is ready… we’re thrilled to welcome our Embers community tonight for Extravaganza 2026! It’s shaping up to be an unforgettable evening filled with excitement, nostalgia, and a touch of Hollywood magic.
While pre-sales for the basket raffle have officially wrapped, tickets will be available for purchase at the Extravaganza. The winning tickets will be drawn this evening and winners will be notified via email on Monday. Be sure to check your inbox!

We are excited to unveil the 5th Grade Masterpiece created for the Extravaganza 2026 raffle: The Great Wave by Katsushika Hokusai.
This beautiful artwork, constructed under the direction of Mrs. Wasserman, showcases the talent of our 5th grade students, each of whom contributed a tile to the full image. The result is a delightful masterpiece!

Spring Session of Chess Scholars
Registration due Wednesday

Tuesdays, April 14 – May 26
3:15 – 4:15 p.m.
Develop your child’s intellect through the royal game of chess! Each class will consist of a fun, interactive teaching period and guided practice time. Both beginner and experienced players are welcome and will learn under the guidance of an experienced Chess Scholars coach.

Grades 3-5 took a special field trip to the Shroud of Turin exhibit, hosted by St. Paul of the Cross. This immersive exhibit offers a full-length Shroud of Turin display alongside an extraordinary collection of Passion relic replicas, including the Crown of Thorns, Roman flagrum, crucifixion nails, and more.
