Wednesday, May 29 | PreK Celebration (10:30 a.m., Paluch Hall).
PreK will be dismissed after the celebration. This will be the last day of school for all PreK Sparks.
Thursday, May 30 | All-School Pilgrimage (8:30 a.m., Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe).
Friday, May 31 | Last Day of School K-5 & Field Day.
All Sparks should wear their red spirit shirts with casual bottoms.

Important Note:
The school building will be CLOSED until 9:45 a.m. so that all faculty and staff can attend the pilgrimage. If you choose not to join us at the Shrine, please bring your child directly to school at 9:45 a.m. All students must arrive at Embers no later than 10:00 a.m. for instruction.

Final Call for Yearbook Orders!
Orders for the 2023-24 Embers Yearbook are due this Friday.

As the Trimester comes to an end on May 31, we would like to congratulate all our Sparks on their outstanding academic achievement this year! A Bazillion Bubbles in Action!
Over the past few weeks, we have seen an assortment of exciting Extravaganza parties in action. Monday’s party featured Mr. Scott’s Giant Bubble Show. We had beautiful weather for his presentation and a bazillion bubbles for our Sparks to pop! Thank you to our families who supported this and all our sign-up parties this spring!

Bishop Bartosic Mass: May 29
This Wednesday, Bishop Mark Bartosic, Auxiliary Bishop of Chicago, will be visiting to preside over our all-school Mass at 8:45 a.m. We welcome all families to join us!

Water Safety from “Bubbles”!
Bubbles the Goldfish and his friends from Park Ridge’s Goldfish Swim School stopped by on Tuesday to teach our Sparks about water safety. They reviewed how to be responsible around all bodies of water and demonstrated devices we can use to keep ourselves and others safe.

Congratulations to Gaby and Thomas Burke on the birth of their son, Joseph! Baby Joseph was born at the end of April and is welcomed by his siblings, Jack and Lucci (PreK3).
