We encourage all parents to mark their calendars for Embers’ upcoming Curriculum Night on Thursday, September 18. This informative evening aims to answer many of your questions and will feature exciting highlights, including:

- Teacher presentations covering this year’s classroom highlights and educational expectations.
- Time to visit our updated South wing, including Motor Lab, Embers Town, and Atrium.

Spirit Day is Headed Our Way!
Friday, September 12th will be our first monthly Virtue Assembly and Spirit Day of the year. On these days, students have the option to wear an Embers spirit wear item and casual bottoms instead of their uniform! Spirit wear is available from our online spirit store.

2025 Spirit Shirt Order
This year, we will be offering a spirit shirt bulk order. These shirts will be billed to your Blackbaud Tuition Management Account and delivered to your students in October, before the second Virtue Assembly. As a reminder, students may wear any Embers spirit item on our Spirit Day!

Lice Check Thursday
We have scheduled Nits N Nats hair check service this Thursday, September 4th to perform an all-school lice check. The technicians have requested that students be sent to school with dry hair and no hair products. If lice are present, you will be notified by the school office.

Uniforms
All students should wear their uniform to the first day of school on Tuesday. We are aware that there are uniform delays on some items. If your items are on back order, your student may wear their “Sunday best” until uniforms arrive. Please note that jeans, sweatpants, and gym shoes are not permitted.

Little Sparks in the Park
First session: Wednesday, Sept 10
Little Sparks is a lively parent-child playgroup open to all families. We welcome children ages 0 to 5 and their parents to join us for a positive play environment full of creativity and exploration! For more information, click HERE.
