Winter Weather Gear
“Winter Weather Bags” (formerly “Blue Bags”) have been sent home for each student. We ask that you fill these bags with gear for snowy days: a pair of snow pants, mittens, boots, etc. These items will stay at school and students will be using them during outdoor play. After each use, the bag of clothes will be sent home to be “dried out”. We ask that all students bring their bags to school by Tuesday, January 7.

On Thursday, Little Sparks hosted “Morning with Santa,” complete with cookies & crafts, books with Mrs. Claus, and – of course – a chance to talk with Santa himself! Several of our Sparks were also able to stop by for a quick meeting with the Big Guy. It certainly made for a festive morning at Embers!
Thank you to our wonderful organizers: Kelly Beck, Kate DeCanto, Jamie Simon, Laura Gualandri, and Katie Wasserman for organizing this cheerful event!
