Winter Fun

Old Man Winter finally arrived!!  We hope all of you enjoyed the snow day this past Tuesday and were able to get some time outside in the winter wonderland! The kids had a great time sledding and romping around in the snow all week during recess!  Another plus to in-person learning!

Open House 

Open House in-person sessions will be available for prospective families on the following Wednesdays:

  • February 10 and 24

  • March 10 and 24

Registration is required. Two informational presentations will be held: 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., each followed by a tour and Q&A with the Head and Asst. Head of School.

 

Invite your friends, family, and neighbors to attend an Open House session! Please ask them to sign up HERE to reserve a time slot.

Spirit of Embers Week
Feb 1 – 5

We will be celebrating all that makes Embers a unique and special school this coming week!

To kick off the week, all students can wear Embers Spirit Wear with casual bottoms!  Please note that this is not an out-of-uniform day — only Embers Spirit Wear OR school uniforms may be worn.  Please refer to the Parent Handbook for details on acceptable attire.

Report Cards


Report cards went home yesterday in the  Friday blue folder.  Please remember to sign up for conferences to discuss your children’s academic progress.

Our registration can be done on pickAtime and is now open for parents to sign up for conferences.  Please click HERE to access the scheduler.

Please note in your calendars that the conference schedule has been revised:

  • Wednesday, Feb. 10: Full day of school
    (originally scheduled as a half day)

  • Thursday, Feb. 11: Half day of school
       – 11:30 a.m. dismissal
       – Conferences 12:30 – 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday, Feb. 12: No School
  • Monday, Feb 15: No School 

2021-22 Re-enrollment

Please watch for information regarding re-enrollment coming to your email on Monday, February 1.
