See You on Thursday!
Our Back to School Fair will be held this Thursday, August 29, from 3:00-7:00 p.m. This is a great time for families to:
- Drop off school supplies and medical forms.
- Meet your student’s teacher(s) .
- Visit the lobby booths for information on myEmbers!, EDP, and volunteer opportunities.
- Learn more about our fall extracurricular programs, including music, art, STEM, and more!
- Meet with Mr. Sadlowski, if you are interested in becoming a new band member. The first of two Parent Q&A and Instrument Selection Meetings will be held during the Fair.
Please note that individual parent-teacher conferences will not be held during the Fair. Students in our PreK classes are asked to attend with their parents while attendance is optional for students in grades K-5.

Dismissal Updates
Starting this year, the front entrance (Blue door) will not be used for afternoon dismissal. This will allow our main entrance to be accessible for visitors, deliveries, and parents needing to visit the front office during one of the busiest parts of our day.
The updated dismissal doors include:
- North Breezeway (Red door): families with last names A-J
- West Porch (Yellow door): families with last names K-P
- South Breezeway (White door): families with last names R-Z
|
|
Parents must park and walk to their assigned door for student pickup. We encourage families at each door to park closest to your designated entrance. Please remember that there is no parking or driving in the area directly outside the South Breezeway, including the spots closest to OLR.
|
|
|
Please note: half-day PreK dismissal will continue to take place at the Blue door.
New Families!
For a detailed explanation of our Arrival/Dismissal Policy, please reference the Parents / Resource page of our website. We will also have information available at the Back to School Fair.
