Curriculum Night is this Thursday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. This social and informative evening aims to strengthen the partnership between parents and school while covering exciting updates for the new school year.

This year’s program features:
- Mr. Boville’s Headmaster Talk
- A grade-specific breakout session
- Teacher presentations highlighting classroom goals and learning highlights for the year
New this year: Parents are asked to enter through the North Breezeway (red door). Doors open at 5:45 p.m. and we welcome everyone to come early to enjoy refreshments and connect with fellow parents before the evening begins.
While you’re here, don’t miss the chance to explore our newly updated Motor Lab, Embers Town, and Atrium classrooms. Family directories will also be available for pickup. We look forward to having you on campus!

All-School Picture Day: Sept 29
Monday, September 29 will be picture day for all our Sparks. Students should wear their uniforms, including their red sweaters or vests, for photos. These pictures will be available for order and will also be used in our yearbook and class composites.
Ordering
With VIP Photography, there are no forms to complete and return. In a few weeks, you will receive an email from Visual Image Photography with an invitation to view and order your student’s photos. All orders are delivered directly to your home!

Embers has always enjoyed a close relationship with the grandparents of our students and we’d love to keep in touch! Spirit Shirt Orders Due Monday

This is the final call for the 2025 Spirit Shirt! These shirts will be delivered to your students in October, before the second Virtue Assembly.
Orders will be billed to your Blackbaud Tuition Management Account. Late orders cannot be accepted.

Art Club Registration Open
Classes start October 6!

In this 8-week class taught by Mrs. Rivas, students will learn about elements and principles of art while activating their brain’s right side. Working with different dry and wet mediums, students will develop their own style in an art studio setting.

Dads Club Meets in October
|
|
Dad’s Club will gather at the statue of Our Lady on the Northwest corner of the St. Paul of the Cross Parish for a Rosary Pilgrimage walking to George and Pilar Holohan’s home. Once there, we’ll gather around the backyard fire pit to enjoy snacks, drinks, and camaraderie. All Embers dads are warmly welcome to join us!
