Parent Forms due Monday
Every Wednesday, the youngest or only student in each family will bring home weekly handouts. This past Wednesday, two very important forms were sent home:
- The Student Health Disclosure Form should be completed by each family, even if your student does not have a medical need. A blank copy can be found HERE.
- The Family Directory Form only needs to be completed if your contact information needs to be updated in the Embers Directory. A blank copy can be found HERE.
It is important that these forms be returned to the front office by this Monday, September 8th. Thank you!

Fr. Joe, the new chaplain at Northridge, visited us on Wednesday to celebrate our Back to School Mass. We are thrilled to have him join our community!
Embers’ all-school Masses will be held every Wednesday at 8:45 a.m in the OLR church, followed by confession. All our families and friends are welcome to join us; we look forward to celebrating with you.

The 2024-25 Embers yearbooks have arrived! Yearbooks will be passed out at the Ice Cream Social on Sunday for families who ordered them. If you are unable to attend the Social, your yearbook will be sent home with next Wednesdays’ handouts.

If you did not order a yearbook, but would like to purchase one, a limited number will be available at the Ice Cream Social on Sunday, or the Main Office starting Monday. The cost is $20 and will be charged to your Blackbaud Tuition Management Account.

Journey through Autumn with delightful read-alouds, songs, and activities. Children will explore the colors, sights, and sounds of Fall with Mrs. Dabe in this seasonal adventure. This class is designed primarily for children ages 1-4 and their parent, but all little ones are welcome!

This parents-only event aims to answer many of your questions and will feature exciting highlights, including:
- Mr. Boville’s Headmaster Talk.
- Teacher presentations covering this year’s classroom highlights and educational expectations.
- Time to visit our updated South wing, including Motor Lab, Embers Town, and Atrium.

2025 Spirit Shirt Order
Spirit shirts may be worn on Virtue Assembly days along with casual bottoms. Students may wear any Embers spirit item on our Spirit Day, including all items available from our online spirit store.
|
|
This year, we will be offering a spirit shirt bulk order to kick off the year. These shirts are $15 and will be billed to your Blackbaud Tuition Management Account. They will be delivered to your students in October, before the second Virtue Assembly. All orders are due by Monday, September 15. (Late orders cannot be accepted.)
