Extended Day Program Registration
Registration is now open for Embers’ Extended Day Program (EDP). EDP includes care before and after school on full days of school, beginning Wednesday, September 3. There is no EDP for our half day of school on Tuesday.
- Morning Care: 7:30-7:55 a.m. | $8.00 per student
- Afternoon Care: 3:05-5:30 p.m. (2 sessions) | $10.00 per student, per session

Embers’ Online Calendar
Your Go-To Resource
The master school calendar for the school year can be found HERE. This online calendar will be your go-to guide for days off, Spirit Days, and all things Embers!
For instance, you can see that school starts in two weeks, on Tuesday, September 2* with a 11:30 a.m. dismissal. We look forward to seeing our Sparks very soon!
*3-Day PreK Students will start on Wednesday, September 3rd.

Music Registration
Registration is now available for our extracurricular music programs. Additional information about these and all our extracurricular offerings will be available at the Back to School Fair on Thursday, September 28.

Band is open to 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade students. The primary focus of band is to introduce students to the joys of learning an instrument and making music. Performances include the annual Christmas Concert and Spring Band Concert. Complete program information is available in the link below.

Embers’ Fire Choir is open to all 2nd-5th students, regardless of experience or skill. This is a beginning choir for all to learn the joys and benefits of singing! Performances include the Christmas Concert & Spring Musical as well as ministry at all Holy Day Masses throughout the school year. Complete program information is available in the link below.

Students in PreK-5th Grade will have the opportunity to explore the world of music through violin, piano, and guitar. Enrollment is now open for this year-long program which begins in October.

Back to School Fair:
Thursday, August 28, from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.
This open house-style event welcomes families to stop by and visit their new classrooms, drop off school supplies, and learn more about extracurriculars for the Fall.
Students in PreK are asked to attend with their parents, while attendance is optional for students in grades K-5. Please note that educational information will be outlined at the parents-only Curriculum Night, on Thursday, September 18, not during the Back to School Fair.

Marlas Brown Bag Lunch
The first hot lunch date is Wednesday, September 3rd and orders must be submitted by Noon on Monday, August 25. This year, Marlas is charging a $10 annual registration fee to cover processing costs. For complete information or to register, please click HERE.

- Parents’ Mass & Welcome Coffee
Wednesday, Sept. 3 | 8:45 Mass, 9:30-10:30 Coffee
Let’s celebrate the new school year! After drop-off, all parents are invited to join us for Mass, followed by coffee outside in the North breezeway.
- Ice Cream Social
Sunday, Sept. 7 | 2:00-4:00 p.m.
It’s time for our annual Ice Cream Social! Bring the whole family for ice cream and fun, including craft station and yearbook pickup. Registration, due by September 4, can be made by clicking HERE.

Cross Country Registration
Cross Country is still available for incoming 3rd- 5th Grade students. Practices will begin before the start of school and with meets in September & October. The cost to participate is $50/first student and $30/ additional sibling. For more information, or to register, please click HERE. Registration is due by Saturday, August 23rd.
