Embers has hired a professional videographer to capture “A Day in the Life of a Spark!” Wednesday, February 9. The video will be featured at the Embers Extravaganza.
In order to ensure that we all look our best, we ask that your students(s) come with all of their uniform pieces clean, neat, and pressed to show off how awesome Embers Sparks can be!

Please give the “5-point check” before leaving home Wednesday morning.

• Hair well-groomed; Girls’ hair preferred worn down or half-up/half-down
• Clean faces and sparkly smiles!
• Red sweaters: vests, pullovers or cardigans (girls only) should be worn/brought to school
• Clean white shirts/blouses, jumpers and skirts/pants
• Proper socks and (clean) shoes

Sign up below for Parent/Teacher Conferences on Thursday, February 17. These conferences are an opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher and check in on your student’s progress.

• There will be no babysitting available at the conferences.

This week, we  kicked off our February virtue of Loyalty! Mr. Covington’s  4th grade Sparks hosted our  Virtue Assembly on Friday and talked about different ways we can live loyalty.

Our annual fundraiser, the Embers Extravaganza, is right around the corner and we are so excited to gather together to help support our community. In order to make our event a success, we are looking for volunteers! We know everyone’s time is precious and we appreciate any help you can provide!

Don’t forget – Re-enrollment is due by February 28. Due to significant interest from prospective families and anticipated waitlists for many grades, returning families are strongly encouraged to enroll by February 28. New families will begin enrollment on March 1.
