Lights | Camera | Action!
Wednesday, February 1 – Friday, February 3

This week will be an exciting one at Embers! Starting Wednesday, a professional film crew will be on-site to create the 2023 Extravaganza videos. Students and families will be featured in interviews, songs, and special

moments throughout the campus. We want our Sparks to shine during filming, which takes place from Wednesday through Friday. Please give the “5-point check” before leaving home each morning:
  • Uniform pieces are clean, neat, and pressed
  • Red sweaters: vests, pullovers or cardigans (girls only)
  • Proper socks and (clean) shoes
  • Hair well groomed; girl’s hair preferred worn down or half-up/ half-down
  • Clean faces and sparkly smiles!
The 2023 videos (including an all-school music video!) will have a world premier on Extravaganza evening! Don’t miss the chance to see your Spark on the big screen. Purchase your tickets today at extravaganza23.givesmart.com.

When you dream of your child’s future, does it make you smile? Those dreams are the foundation for our 2023 Extravaganza: Dream an Embers Dream with Me. Join us Saturday, March 4th at Cafe La Cave as we mingle with friends and raise funds to solidify the future of Embers Academy.

The Extravaganza is Embers’ annual fundraising event. An evening for our parents, friends, and neighbors to come together again and advance our shared vision. The evening includes:

  • a silent auction of our students’ one-of-a-kind masterpieces
  • a fast-paced live auction
  • an interactive Paddle Raise
  • the incredible entertainment of our very own Embers Extravaganza Fire Choir
Please join us as we make those dreams a reality.
Event tickets are on sale now!

Mother/Son Bowling
Last week’s Mother/Son Bowling event was a huge success, welcoming 130 attendees to the lanes for a night of fun and laughter. (We hear there was some impressive bowling, too!) Thank you to all who participated!

Let’s Get Selling!!

There is one week left before we crown the champion of our first raffle ticket competition. 5th is in the lead, but several grades are close!

Our Sparks need your help. As our students sell raffle tickets, they gain pride in helping build a strong school. Now is the time to share the raffle ticket link with:

  • Godparents who live out of town
  • Auntie who hates going out in the winter
  • Your neighbor out walking his dog

Don’t forget: the grand prize is $2,000!
