Re-Enrollment Period Ends Tuesday

The Re-Enrollment Period, which includes the reduced $300/student deposit, ends on Tuesday, February 18.
|
|
|
|
All contracts not signed by the end of the day on Tuesday will expire in myEmbers. Rolling enrollment will then begin and a new contract will be issued, which will require the standard $500/student deposit.
Thank you to those families who have already returned your contacts! Signing your contract(s) helps us plan for the coming year, as we expect wait lists for several grade levels.

Terra Nova Testing: March 4-6
Terra Nova testing for 3rd-5th grade students will be held March 4 & 5, with a makeup day on March 6. Parents, please plan ahead to help your students shine! We ask that you do NOT schedule vacations or appointments during this week. Thank you!

Get ready for a fun-filled Mother-Son afternoon at the Bowlero in Niles! The event includes 2 hours of unlimited bowling, shoe rental, a $10 arcade gift card, plus lunch: pizza, chicken tenders, fries, and unlimited soft drinks. $50 per Mother-Son Duo (additional $15 for families with more than one son) will be billed to your Blackbaud account upon RSVP.

Summer at Willows Camp Preview Day
Friday, February 21 | 3:15-4:15 p.m.
Embers girls in K-5th Grade are invited for a FREE Summer at Willows camp preview day, featuring crafts, activities, and pizza while learning about this new summer camp. Pick will be at the North Breezeway doors. Parents can meet the camp directors and register for camps at pickup. Registration is required; please click HERE to register.
