Winter Sports Photos

Basketball athletes – get ready for your photo day! After morning drop-off on Tuesday, December 16, VIP Photography will be on campus to take both individual and team photos. All Winter athletes are asked to wear their team jersey to school that day for photos with school-appropriate bottoms. Coaches are warmly welcome to join us!
Sports parents: please be on the lookout for additional information on how to view and order your photos. We look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of all our athletes this season!

Feast of the Immaculate Conception Mass
December 8 | 8:45 a.m.
In celebration of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, we will gather for an all-school Mass at Our Lady of Ransom on Monday, December 8 at 8:45 a.m. All parents are welcome to join us. We look forward to sharing this special feast day together!

Novena at St. Mary of the Angels

To prepare for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, St. Mary of the Angels Church will be hosting the Novena from November 30 – December 8. Confessions and the Rosary begin at 6:45 p.m. and Mass begins at 7:15 p.m. Embers will not be formally taking part in a Mass this year, but families are welcome to attend and participate with the community.

Act now to secure discounted tickets for the 2026 Midwest Motherhood Conference. $45 early bird tickets, available through December 1, include a presentation by keynote speaker, Leticia Rodriguez, age-specific breakout sessions, continental breakfast and lunch.

Christmas Decoration Volunteers
December 3 | 9:30 a.m. (Immediately following Mass)
We’re looking for a cheerful crew to help sprinkle some Christmas magic around our school lobby. Decorations are provided; just bring your holiday spirit. Let’s fill the space with Christmas cheer as we celebrate the coming of our Savior!

Cold Weather Gear
Each student has received a “Cold Weather Bag”. We ask that you fill these bags with gear for cold and snowy days: a pair of snow pants, gloves, boots, etc., to be used for daily outdoor play. These bags should be brought to school on Monday mornings and will be sent home on Friday afternoons – or after each use to be “dried out”. Students without proper snow gear will not be able to play in the snow.

Little Sparks Morning with Santa
December 11 | 9:00-10:30
Embers is welcoming children ages baby-5 years and their caregiver for a morning of festive fun! This event is limited to 40 families and reservations are required.
