  • Show the flyer (link below) to the cashier when ordering at the restaurant. Paper versions will be sent home on Wednesday; digital versions are accepted, too!
  • Order online or in the app using the code PORTILLOS20 in the “Apply Offer” field before checking out.

Virtue of the Month: Generosity

Last Friday, our Kindergarten classes gave a wonderful video presentation on the virtue of the month, Generosity. We learned that there are so many ways we can be generous – with our goods (donations), with our time (volunteering), and even with our words (compliments)! Throughout the month of December, our students will receive a piece of hay when their teachers witness them being generous. These pieces of hay will line the manger in our front lobby, creating a cozy bed for baby Jesus’ arrival.

Interested in learning more about this month’s virtue?  December’s Virtue Vista is available here.

The Annual Fund is Growing!

With less than one month until the end of our Annual Fund, we are humbled and encouraged by the support from our community! As of this week, we have 100% participation from our Board of Directors, 100% participation from our full-time Faculty and Staff, and 66% participation from Embers families.

We have raised nearly $208,000 of our $250,000 goal!

If you have not yet had a chance to donate, there is still time! Each $10, $100, and $1,000 donation brings us one step closer to helping Embers grow. Donate online today!

Cheers to our Class Captains
