Theme of the Year:
The Year of the Family
under the patronage of
St. Joseph, Pillar of Families

The theme of our school year will be The Year of the Family, following Pope Francis’ declaration on March 19, 2021, the solemnity of St. Joseph. The Holy Father inaugurated a special Amoris Laetitia Year of the Family, describing the year as “a special year to grow in family love.”
“I pray that every family may feel in its own home the living presence of the Holy Family of Nazareth, that it may fill our small domestic communities with sincere and generous love, a source of joy even in trials and difficulties.”

Tuesday, September 7th, 8:20 – 11:30 a.m.
All PK-5th grade students will enjoy a HALF DAY of school on Tuesday, Sept. 7th. Please use this DIAGRAM for DROP OFF and PICK UP procedures.
- Welcome Coffee
ALL PARENTS are invited for a Welcome Coffee immediately after drop-off until 11:30 a.m. on the first day of school. Please join us in the field across from the Breezeway Entrance.
- Embers Ice Cream Social
Be sure to mark your calendars and save the New date: Sunday, September 12, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., held at Embers Academy. More details coming soon!

Our School Lunch Program is provided by Marla’s Lunch. The first lunch date is September 13th. To receive lunch the first week, orders must be placed by Monday, Sept. 6th at 12 noon.

Milk delivery will begin on Monday, Sept.13th. 2% and/or skim milk will be available at a cost of $.55 per carton.

September 8th is the Birthday of the Blessed Mother. The Sparks will celebrate Our Lady’s birthday with an All-School Rosary.

Sequoia is a club for girls in 4th – 6th grades. Through talks and fun activities, girls develop virtues, leadership skills, and friendships. The first meeting will be on October 2nd.
